Terms and Conditions
Bennetts Gifts take every precaution to ensure the security of your personal and
payment details.
For payment we use WorldPay. Bennetts Gifts do not have access to or store any
of your credit card details. You will receive an email receipt from WorldPay
and a confirmation of your order from Bennetts Gifts.
In the event of your not being happy with any product purchased from Bennetts Gifts,
please return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days for a refund
or exchange.
To return/exchange a product please
contact us.
Bennetts Gifts will issue you with a returns order number, and then when returning
the product please include your details and the reason for return. On receipt of
the goods, you will be issued a refund within 7 working days. Unfortunately delivery/packaging
costs cannot be refunded, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
All items are boxed and bubble wrapped and will be delivered by the Royal Mail.
You should receive your products within 7-10 working days* upon receipt of payment.
Delivery within the UK Mainland is
£4.99 per delivery and free for all orders of
£20.00
or more.
Overseas customers please contact us for
a quotation.
In the event of a product not being available we will inform you by email at the
earliest possible opportunity.
All possible care has been made to ensure that all descriptions and images are accurate, however
images may vary slightly in colour due to photographic limitations.
* Delivery times may increase after Bank Holidays and the Christmas/New Year period.
